Thank you for joining us on our flight today! As always, we are
delighted to have you on board and I hope my dedicated team
is taking the very best care of you.  Every CemAir passenger is
valued and we appreciate your decision to fly with us.

CemAir is constantly working to enhance the service we offer and
here are just a few of our recent initiatives which we are proud
and excited to share with you in this autumn issue of Skynews.

During February CemAir undertook our first IOSA audit, placing
us on track to become IOSA certified by the end of May and a
full IATA member by mid-2016.  This is a significant step for the
company and is a further demonstration of our commitment to
running a world class airline with the highest safety standards.

IOSA is the IATA (International Air Transport Association)
Operational Safety Audit and is the gold standard in airline
safety audits. This international accreditation is a comprehensive
assessment of all aspects of an airlines operation undertaken
over a five day period by five IATA approved auditors. Around
84% of all scheduled passengers carried worldwide are flown by
IOSA-certified carriers and the safety record of certified carriers is
extremely high and roughly three times better than those airlines
that chose not to participate in the standard.

Once a full IATA member CemAir will, in time, be able to develop
relationships with other major airlines allowing for additional
conveniences such as checking baggage through to final
destinations, issuing all boarding passes for multi segment
journeys at the time of check-in and having CemAir flight
segments included on the same ticket of a multi segment journey.

We are pleased to announce that from the beginning of April
complimentary newspapers will be available when checking in
for your flight with CemAir. Initially rolled out at our OR Tambo
base and later at our other stations, most major publications will
be provided daily for your convenience and enjoyment. Titles will
include, Business Day, Citizen, Mail and Guardian and more.

CemAir has acquired an additional Bombardier Dash 8 aircraft.
The aircraft is a Q300 series Dash and with 50 passenger seats
will provide additional capacity on our growing routes, particularly
Plettenberg Bay. The aircraft is scheduled for delivery in April
with entry into service anticipated in early May.  There is a strong
family resemblance to our existing Dash 8-100 which is seen
regularly on all our routes, but Q300 stretched version has a 3
meter longer passenger cabin to accommodate the additional

I hope you enjoy this edition of Skynews and your CemAir
